Through participatory workshops, real case studies, and collaborative design, you’ll explore how ecological and technological shifts impact school culture and leadership.
Anchored in European frameworks like GreenComp, DigCompEdu, and the European Education Area, this training empowers you to turn vision into action, building educational ecosystems rooted in innovation, inclusion, and responsibility.

Our courses are highly practical and participatory. We believe that meaningful professional development happens when educators are actively involved, reflect on real cases, and collaborate with peers.
Structure and Schedule
Each course includes 25 hours of training distributed as follows:
– 20 hours of face-to-face sessions, from Monday to Friday from 3.30 PM to 7.30PM, in real education settings.
– 5 hours of independent learning, completed from home before, during, or after the course. These hours are dedicated to reflection tasks, readings, or optional challenges to deepen the learning experience.
Assessment
– There is no final exam.
– We apply continuous, formative assessment, based on daily participation in tasks and activities.
– Trainers provide feedback throughout the course to ensure everyone progresses meaningfully.
Learning Platform
All materials, resources, and complementary activities will be available through our virtual learning platform (Moodle). Participants will have access to all content, which will remain open for consultation and download.

Participants will engage with a variety of interactive and practical tools, including:
- Case studies, scenario-based learning, and self-assessment tools to foster analytical thinking and strategic decision-making
- Interactive presentations, videos, and real-world examples to support understanding and transfer to participants’ professional contexts
- Dynamic digital tools such as Kahoot for quizzes and Jamboard for collaborative brainstorming
- Selected articles, reports, and European frameworks (e.g., GreenComp, DigCompEdu, EEA) to deepen understanding and align with educational priorities
- Tools and templates to develop a mini strategic proposal tailored to each institution’s context.

Registrations for courses starting in January close on September 30, and registrations for all other courses close on October 31.
First, interested participants must submit a pre-registration form without making any payment.
Second, once the course is confirmed, participants have 7 days to complete the payment and finalize their registration.
