Stress often seems inevitable in education—but what if teaching could be meaningful and joyful again? 

This course offers a science-based journey into emotional well-being, helping teachers reflect, recharge, and reclaim their sense of purpose. You’ll explore mindfulness, habit formation, emotional regulation, and positive psychology through practical exercises and introspective tools.

Expect to engage in guided breathing techniques, journaling, walking meditations, and values-based activities. You’ll also learn how to manage time and prevent burnout while improving your relationships with colleagues and students through empathy and communication.

Whether you’re seeking better balance or deeper fulfillment, this course will help you cultivate sustainable happiness and foster a positive classroom environment.

Our courses are highly practical and participatory. We believe that meaningful professional development happens when educators are actively involved, reflect on real cases, and collaborate with peers.

Structure and Schedule

Each course includes 25 hours of training distributed as follows:

– 20 hours of face-to-face sessions, from Monday to Friday from 3.30 PM to 7.30PM, in real education settings.

– 5 hours of independent learning, completed from home before, during, or after the course. These hours are dedicated to reflection tasks, readings, or optional challenges to deepen the learning experience.

Assessment

– There is no final exam.

– We apply continuous, formative assessment, based on daily participation in tasks and activities.

– Trainers provide feedback throughout the course to ensure everyone progresses meaningfully.

Learning Platform

All materials, resources, and complementary activities will be available through our virtual learning platform (Moodle). Participants will have access to all content, which will remain open for consultation and download.
