PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

If no relationship is maintained with FUMH and we are not legally obligated to retain it, data will be kept for a period of two years.

For newsletter subscribers, email data will be partially erased (anonymized) two months after unsubscribing, for statistical control purposes.

Depending on the nature of our relationship, the legal basis for processing your personal data may be:

If transfer occurs outside the EU, it will be limited to countries under the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield (if applicable) or other countries recognized as having an adequate level of protection by the European Commission. For countries with less strict legislation, we apply standard contractual clauses in accordance with the European Commission Decision of February 5, 2010.
FUMH guarantees that under no circumstances will it sell, offer, or trade client, student, or participant data.

All individuals have the right to access the personal data held and processed by FUMH.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
FUMH reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Privacy Policy, whether due to changes in legislation or for internal organizational reasons (e.g., launching new data files necessary for managing new projects).
FUMH is not required to notify users of such changes, so we recommend reviewing this Policy periodically.
To indicate changes, we will update the modification date at the top of the Privacy Policy.
